Your favorite subject

Mi favorite subject is Organization Design and Process Management.
One of the reason to love this subject is my teacher. He`s simply great. He`s Carlos Ramirez. If you read my previous blogs, he`s the person who I choose like the Best in my area.
The unit of Organization Design gives the bases to organize a company, it can be private or public. And the unit of Process Management gives the bases to establish the diferents process in an organization.
I like this subject because it gives to me the tools to be a Public Management. For example one of the text that I have as references in Process Managment is The Improvement Process by Dr. H. J. Harrington. From this, I learnt to identify the differents process in an organization, and who select the critical process to improvement the organization.
In Organization Design I learnt the different types of organization, for example adhoc organizations, mechanic organizations etc. Also I learnt how manage the human resources.

My Career.

My career is Public Administration. With a distinction on Public Managament or Political Science.
The career pretends training a graduated profesional qualified to hold in the State, the goverment and other public areas. I chose this career basicly for a service vocation. I always have been helping people in different organizations and I always have been in heads positions. I think with this career i can learn how use the limitid resources in public organization and from this way can make big things to help people.

I like my career because, itis a versatily career, and I can learn about economy, politic, human resources, administration, organization, and others subjects.

I dislike of my career the disorder into the school. And some classmates but this point doesn´t influence me.
One of the thing that make me feel upset is the violence, so my objetive is become a diplomat, and work in achievement of word peace. And from this way avoid innocents deaths, and the destruction of the nature with the dangeours arms created for humans.


The Best in my area.

I think the best in my area is my teacher of Organizational Desgin and Process Management, Carlos Ramirez. He´s a Public Administrator of University of Chile. He has a Master in Development and Organizational Behavior. And he has Degrees in, Human Resources in Public Organization, Control and Tecnology Information in Public Administration, Systems Analysis, Quality Management, Industrial Relations and Administration to the Development.
He knows a lot of differents areas of Administration. In his classes he demonstrates all his knowledges. He can make a wonderful analysis of a public organization, because he has the tools to these work. Also he has a incredible Professional ethics and service vocation, so when I listen him I feel very motivated about my career.
He had worked in different places, like ministrys and other Public organizations. He makes consultancies too.

In conclusion he is a complete Public Administrator, and some day I want to have all the knwoledge that he has.

I love this photograph. Here I appear with my two brothers when we were kids. There I was about 7 years old. Juan Pablo (on the rigth) was 9 years old, and Diego (in the middle) was about 5 years old.

I think the photograh was take in 1997 In the courtyard of our old house. I can rember all about these house. It was in Patricio Lynch 9961, El Bosque, and our telephon number was 5278175.

Behind us there is a swiming pool. I can remeber we lived the greatest moments of our childhood in these house. I remeber, everyday we invited some classmates to swim. Our house always was full of kids, like friends, classmates, cousins, etc. Also, my parents almost always made parties on the weekend. So, we really enjoyed the life.

When I see this picture I rember I always been close with my brothers. We have cultivated a beautiful friendship. Obviously we figth like any brothers and sisters, but our love always been bigger than anything. I know they`d give their life for me as I`d give my life for they.

My Most Precious Possession.

Really, I´m not very atached to material things. I can come away from material things without problems. So I going to write about something that I look after a lot: My copper ring.
It´s a special ring for me, because it has engraved a kultrun, It´s a traditionnal mapuche instrument. Me second last name is "Calfullan", it´s mapuche, in mapudugun its mean Blue Jewel. So, for me, the ring represent my love and admiration to Mapuche Culture.
I really felt in love when I saw the ring. I bought it, in a place where I get all my copper jewels, I also got there a copper earrings with a beautiful Inca engraved.
When I forget wear it, I fell like naked. I really like my ring so I hope never lose it.

My last vacation!

The Last summer I had excitings vacations. Its began when Andrea, Catalina and I arrived to de bus station. We didn´t have decided where to go. First we wanted go to Antofagasta, or some palce of the north of Chile. But when we had decided where to go the tickets were sold out. So we started to look for other place with a beach. We also wanted go to a unkown place for us. I had listening about a place calling Iloca, Its was a quiet beach and it had a delicus gastronomia . We didn´t konw the location where iloca was, we only asked for the hours of the trip. 4 or 5 hours of trip were fine to be arriving there and looking for a place to stayed. We laeaved the bus station at 1 pm and we arrived to iloca at 6 pm. Then we walked for the village looking for rooms. The weather was so nice, there was a gentle breeze, and the sun was shining.

Finally we found a place to stay these night and keep our backpacks to after, start to looking for a place more cheap to stay the other night. After we met Claudia, the landlady of a Hostal and she offered us cheaps and comfortables rooms. We lived differents adventures, as when we didn´t have money to travel on bus, so we hitchhiked to go to the town Licanten or to the other village calling Punta Duao. One day, nobody wanted hitchhicked us, so we walked like 20 kilometres to get back to Iloca.

Next of our Hostal whe had the Karaoke of the village. There, we met Carlos, Diego, Felipe and Cristian. Cristian and Felipe were waiters, Diego was a juniors and Carlos was a chef of the hotel. They worked in Iloca Hotel. They were so nice and pleasants.

Sometimes we went hungry and we felt abandoneds of the world. Also we lived wooried because the parents of Catalina believed that we were in San Antonio with the family of a friend. So we were afraid to be discover.

We lived beautiful moments as friends. I´ll remember the moment in the evening on the beach taking photographies. Or when we ate delicious empanadas in Duao. And the great sentation of get a lift after hours.

My dear friend.

Really I have seven best friends, Andrea, Camila, Evelyn, Constanza, Catalina, Traudy and Nicol, but I must choose only one of them. I`m going to write about Camila, more knowing like "Kei", because I konw she reads this blog, and this is a little tribute for her.

Well we met in 2004, at the school, in these time my best friends were Andrea, Cony and Evelyn. In these year Camila was new in the school. One day my friends and I were in art classes, and we saw Kei drawing a character of japanese animation, we liked these character so I sat next her and I asked her if she liked japanese animation, and she was a Otaku like us!. Since there she is part of our group.

Camila has a magnific imagination, she draws beautifuly. In fact, she made a comic whit character like us living adventures, she began it in 2004 and she`s still drawing it. Until now the comic has hundred and hundred of pages. She has the huge capacity of imagine fantastics stories.

Certainly, Camila is one of the best persons that I met in my life, she has beautiful feelings, in summary she is like a sugar bread. She loves her family and her dogs.

Sometimes I didn`t undertsand her, because she know a lot of music and tv programs that just older people know, I don`t know where I was when she saw those programs, it`s really curious because, she can talk about it with older people, but all my friends and I can`t talk of that with her.

There are few things that I don`t like of her, and she know it, for example: sometimes she doesn't like some food and when we are debating about a topic, and finally she has the reason, she says "See? I was right" o something like that. But she's trying to get over it and now she almost never says that expression.

Kei, also, is so smart, she is studying Theory and History of Art in Universidad de Chile. I know when she will graduated she will be a great professional.

I hope she never changes the special vision that she has of the life. Finally I just can say that Camila is not different, she is special.

Me dear friend I konw you will read this. If I could give you anything thing of the world, I`d give you Edward Cullen in his radiant silver Volvo. I love you! =)

Well, I'm Javiera Sepulveda. I'm 19 years old. I live in San Joaquin, but it is a temporaly home. I have two brothers, Diego (18) and Juan Pablo (21). Juan Pablo has a beautiful daughter calling Katherina. She's the most important person in my life. Actually I'm living with her, my old brother and his girlfriend, and my parents. My little brother is living in Valparaiso so I miss him a lot!

I have seven best friends, Andrea, Catalina, Constanza, Camila, Evelyn, Traudy and Nicol. Andrea and Catalina are like part of my family, so a just can't live without them. They are so funny, they always make me laught, and they support me in the worst moment in my life. I trust them uncoditionally. If I don't meet with her for a week I just die of sad.

Actually I have a part-time work in Homecenter Sodimac. I'm a woman teller. I made greatfull friends in there. Also, I have excellents relations wiht my bosses. Expcet with one of them, the big boss. But I don't worried for that, because, she almost never goes in weekend.

I like go out with my friends, travel, the photography, and read. I love the sky full of stars and Yellow Crisantemos. But one of the things that make me crazy are my dogs, Othelo and Amaranta. Othelo is a Shit-zu and Amaranta is a Chow-Chow. They are de best medicine when I don't want anything of de world.


And this is a little reference of my life. I hope it wasn't boring.
